 The supplements and remedies I offer are intentionally selected from trusted, practitioner-grade product lines known for their quality, sourcing, formulation, and professional standards.

Rather than relying on one brand or recommending the same products to everyone, I draw from a carefully curated range of nutritional supplements, botanical formulas, homeopathic remedies, flower essences, and specialized wellness products. This allows me to select the form of support that best aligns with each client’s individual needs.

Supplements are a tool to support progress—not something I use to keep clients dependent on products. My goal is to identify what may be helpful, use it purposefully, and reassess as your needs change.

My commitment is to offer support with integrity, never recommending more simply for the sake of selling more.
